Neurobiology Faculty Position

The Department of Anatomy and Neurobiology is recruiting for tenured/tenure-track faculty positions in Neuroscience. We are interested in candidates whose research complements existing strengths in the Department. Although we will consider all relevant research areas, we are particularly interested in research focusing on pain, neural circuits of motivated behaviors & addiction, sensory perception or neurodegeneration.Expected rank is Assistant Professor or higher, however, rank and tenure status is dependent on candidate’s qualifications. Candidates should have a strong record of scholarly activity and an independent K-award or R01-type funded research program with the potential to catalyze multi-PI initiatives within the department and across the institution. Highest priority will be given to candidates with an independent, funded research program.
