The Department of Neurobiology has a diverse group of investigators offering PhD training in a wide array of modern neuroscience and molecular biology disciplines.

The Department offers a collegial and welcoming atmosphere and our faculty are always happy to discuss prospective projects with students as they decide on a laboratory for rotations or their dissertation.  

Students performing their PhD research in the Department are enrolled through the Graduate Program in Life Sciences (GPILS) within one of the programs suitable for their research interests.
